EXT. FOREST - NIGHT

We see a woman, JESSICA, in her late twenties, walking through the forest with a flashlight in hand. She is dressed in hiking gear and seems to be on a mission. She looks around, trying to spot something.

JESSICA

(to herself)

This has to be the spot. The map says the truffles grow here.

As she walks, she notices something in the distance. She moves closer and realizes it's a patch of truffles.

JESSICA

(excitedly)

Yes! I found them!

She starts to collect the truffles, carefully digging them out of the ground. Suddenly, she hears a noise and turns around. She shines her flashlight and sees a man, JACK, in his early thirties, standing there.

JACK

(surprised)

What are you doing out here at this time?

JESSICA

(smiling)

I'm looking for truffles. What about you?

JACK

(chuckles)

I'm out here looking for my love life.

JESSICA

(amused)

Your love life? In the middle of the forest at night?

JACK

(smiling)

Yeah, I heard there's a legend about this place. They say if you find a truffle here at night, you'll also find the love of your life.

JESSICA

(skeptical)

I don't believe in legends.

JACK

(grinning)

That's okay. I'll just have to convince you otherwise.

JESSICA

(laughs)

Good luck with that.

They start talking and laughing as they continue to search for truffles. As they collect more, they start to open up to each other, sharing stories and experiences. As they near the end of their search, they both realize that they have a connection.

JACK

(smiling)

Looks like the legend was right after all.

JESSICA

(blushing)

I guess it was.

They exchange numbers and agree to meet up again. As they walk away from the truffle patch, hand in hand, the moon shines brightly above them.
